Duolingo’s Enterprise Engineering team builds internal platforms and automation to power how Duos work daily. As a Senior Enterprise Engineer, you will design and ship impactful identity and access projects, SaaS integrations, and governance across security, finance, legal, and platform teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder engineering projects.
• Hands-on with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD.
• Strong identity and access management expertise across enterprise systems.
• Experience integrating Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Willing to relocate to New York City or Pittsburgh.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise services with reliability, security, and scalability.
• Evolve infrastructure-as-code patterns and CI/CD.
• Automate lifecycle workflows and RBAC/SCIM provisioning.
• Define and measure SLOs; build dashboards and runbooks.
• Collaborate with Security, Finance, Legal, Procurement on governance.
• Deliver end-to-end initiatives with clear specs and durable outcomes.
