Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced System Administrator - Enterprise Email to support SOCOM SITEC at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. You will manage on-prem Exchange, hybrid mail flow, and Microsoft 365 services while ensuring high availability and security.

The role covers monitoring, incident response, and coordination with vendors and teams across 24/7 operations, with emphasis on end-user support and reliable messaging infrastructure.

Qualifications

• TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility required.
• DoW 8140 compliant under Work Role Code 451 or CompTIA Security+ / IAT2.

Responsibilities

• Administer on-premises Microsoft Exchange environments including DAGs and mail flow.
• Support hybrid Exchange with Exchange Online; perform migrations and troubleshooting.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant, licensing, migrations, and service health.
• Monitor Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server across distributed environments.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Handle system administration tasks: patches, backups, recovery, and builds.
