Job summary

ASKITC is seeking an Exchange Administrator to join our client-facing team in the Turnpike Street area, PA. You will manage day-to-day Exchange operations, support AD, DNS, and DHCP, and drive migration projects across on-premises and Office 365 environments.

The role requires strong troubleshooting of email delivery, spam issues, and mailbox integrity, plus scripting with PowerShell to streamline management and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience with day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of a MS Exchange 2007 or newer environment.
• Experience deploying a multi-site highly available Microsoft Exchange 2010 environment utilizing multiple CAS and DAG servers.
• Experience supporting a Microsoft Active Directory 2003 / 2008 R2 environment including DNS, DHCP, WINS.
• Highly skilled in troubleshooting email issues from the source to the desktop including undeliverable message, missing messages.
• Highly skilled in troubleshooting email issues from the source to the desktop including messages incorrectly marked as spam, corrupt mailboxes, etc.
• Experience developing PowerShell scripts to manage the Microsoft Exchange environment.
• Experience in implementing and managing an Office 365 deployment.
• Experience migrating an existing Exchange 2010 environment to Exchange 2013.
• Experience with VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization.
• Experience managing an Infoblox DNS/ DHCP appliance.
• Experience deploying and managing Trend Micro Anti-Virus/Spam Filter.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day Exchange environment operations and monitoring.
• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Exchange 2007+ in multi-site setups.
• Assist with AD/DNS/DHCP/WINS related tasks and integration with Exchange.
• Troubleshoot email delivery issues and spam-related problems end-to-end.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate Exchange management.
• Support Office 365 deployment and migrations.
• Migrate Exchange 2010 to 2013 and manage virtualization platforms.
