Job summary

Element TV Company, LP in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Developer to design and build custom applications and integrations that support manufacturing, distribution and corporate operations.

This hands-on role collaborates with the Technical Lead and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable software on a modern .NET and front-end stack, including NetSuite integrations and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/SE or equivalent.
• 7+ years of software development with C#/.NET and SQL Server.
• Ability to architect complex solutions and deliver to production.
• Strong RESTful API design, OAuth/OIDC, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Agile delivery experience with cross-team collaboration.
• Willingness to learn ERP and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain custom applications using C#/.NET on the back end and React/Next.js/TypeScript on the front end.
• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems via APIs and integration platforms.
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Support and troubleshoot applications in production; drive root-cause fixes over workarounds.
• Architect complex solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable; document designs and trade-offs.
• Learn ERP and manufacturing processes to fit how the business operates.
• Follow the team's SDLC: source control, CI/CD, security practices, and regulatory requirements.
