Job summary

Solvarus Consulting is seeking an Enterprise Data Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership across SE/I activities for a national customer. You will work with government, developers, and stakeholders to ensure data-centric solutions are defined, integrated, and aligned to acquisition baselines.

The role requires deep knowledge of data governance, MBSE and digital engineering, and the ability to operate across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment in Chantilly, VA.

Qualifications

• Current and Active TS/SCI with Poly Security Clearance.
• Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with Government, developers, and stakeholders on systems engineering and acquisition oversight.
• Assess contractor progress, technical maturity, schedules, risks, and readiness for key decisions.
• Provide independent technical assessments of system development activities and architecture.
• Support end-to-end SE processes, including requirements, architecture, interfaces, and integration planning.
• Develop plans to acquire, integrate, and deliver enterprise data centric services and artifacts.
• Assist with acquisition office functions and readiness for decision milestones.
• Facilitate Integrated Product Teams and reviews of requirements, CONOPS, and baselines.
• Maintain Integrated Master Schedules and coordinate dependencies and milestones.
• Support verification, validation, and test planning to demonstrate readiness for milestones.
