Job summary

citizenship and SECRET clearance are required; a 1-year or 2-year probationary/trial period applies depending on position. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity. Base salary range is $121,785–$158,322 with potential for competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Manpower vocabulary, MPES and M4S.
• Experience with data governance, data catalogs, data dictionaries, and data mapping.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data governance and stewardship initiatives for enterprise manpower data systems, collaborating with data owners to standardize definitions and quality frameworks.
• Partner with contractor teams to embed automated validation logic and business rules into MPES and related systems.
