You will analyze data protection policies, manage Commvault environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.

Qualifications

6 years of relevant experience with data protection systems.
Experience with enterprise data protection and recovery systems.
Experience with a mix of PURE Snapshots, Oracle Cloud, AWS S3 & EC2, GCP, Commvault Metallic, and Microsoft cloud services.
Expert in production Commvault data protection software and related targets.
Knowledge of Windows, ESX, Solaris, Linux, and other OS security.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance in evaluating data protection policies and success rates.
Manage daily operations of production Commvault systems and related targets.
Support recovery efforts including Exchange, Windows and Unix file systems, Oracle and SQL databases.
Assist in planning and evaluating hardware/software improvements for data protection.
Create and update standard operating procedures and technical docs.
Work 24/7 shifts and be available for On-Call rotation.
Travel to multiple data centers as needed.
