Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a Data Migration Lead to plan, coordinate, execute, and validate the migration of stakeholder and related business data into the Quorum SRM platform.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, Ampcus' implementation team, and Quorum product specialists to ensure data is transformed, validated, and loaded with quality while minimizing business disruption. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 8 years of enterprise data migration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
• 8+ years planning and executing enterprise data migration projects.
• Experience migrating data into CRM/SRM/ERP or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience with data profiling, ETL, data transformation, quality management, and reconciliation.
• Ability to define migration strategies, plans, and production cutover.
• Strong database knowledge and data governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall Data Migration Strategy, Plan, and Cutover.
• Assess source systems and identify stakeholder data for migration.
• Perform data profiling, quality assessments, and gap analysis.
• Define data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and reconciliation rules.
• Coordinate ETL activities using approved migration tools.
• Align migration processes with Quorum platform capabilities.
• Plan and execute migration rehearsals, mock conversions, and validation.
• Coordinate business validation and resolve migration issues before Go-Live.
• Support production cutover, post-migration verification, and Hypercare.
• Prepare migration documentation and data quality metrics.
