You will design, develop, and operate our enterprise data environment, building scalable pipelines, models, and trusted datasets to power reporting, analytics, and business intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Integration, or Business Intelligence.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex query design and optimization.
• Experience with enterprise BI reporting using Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience with cloud-based data services (Azure preferred).
• Experience building data pipelines and data warehouses/lakes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data pipelines across ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions for insights and informed decisions.
• Develop clean, reliable datasets to support reporting and analytics.
• Design and optimize data models for consistent reporting across the organization.
• Integrate enterprise applications using APIs and modern data integration methods.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure data quality and governance.
