CADDi Co Ltd. in Chicago is seeking a Sr. Customer Service Manager who owns customers from discovery through live, adopted workflows and expansion across the enterprise.

You’ll work with the CADDi AI Data Platform, configure deployments, define success metrics, and ensure time-to-value across plant floor, procurement, quality, and engineering. The role blends pre-sales, customer success, and data expertise, collaborating with an Account Executive and Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role with end-to-end deployments.
• Strong written and verbal communication to executive audiences.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial ops, or SaaS is a plus.
• Willingness to work from our Chicago office and travel up to 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Own deployments from scoping to production with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define semantic data models, configure data layers, and build Explorer configurations.
• Deliver tailored demos, train users, and troubleshoot post-launch.
• Quantify ROI, identify expansion opportunities, and feed product roadmap with field learnings.
• Collaborate with Account Executive and Forward Deployed Engineers on deployments.
