AAON is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Communications to provide strategic leadership for company-wide communications, aligning messaging with business priorities and culture across executive, employee, change, and enterprise initiatives.

The role partners with senior leaders to translate complex priorities into effective communication strategies, develop standards, measurements, and capability growth for the team, and drive coordinated campaigns across locations and functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in corporate or enterprise communications, including strategy development and leadership across senior levels.
• Experience with multi-location organizations and in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environments is preferred.
