Job summary
Dallas Independent School District is seeking an Enterprise Cloud Administrator II to manage and secure cloud platforms, AI services, and enterprise infrastructure. The role focuses on implementing governance, optimizing performance, and enabling scalable solutions across Azure, Google Cloud, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise cloud infrastructure, systems administration, identity and access management, virtualization, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and enterprise cloud platforms.
- Experience administering enterprise AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise, and AI governance frameworks preferred.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Manage enterprise systems infrastructure including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, email systems, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and identity services.
- Develop and implement governance, security, compliance, and data protection standards for cloud, systems, and AI platforms.
- Monitor platform performance, security posture, utilization, and operational health; recommend improvements and optimization strategies.
- Implement automation, scripting, and orchestration solutions to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
