Job summary

Dallas Independent School District seeks an experienced Enterprise Cloud Administrator II to steer cloud platforms, AI governance, and security. You will administer Azure, Google Cloud, and Microsoft 365, manage AD/Entra ID, and support automation, disaster recovery, and runbooks.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and compliant enterprise solutions, while guiding best practices and governance across cloud and AI services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise cloud infrastructure, systems administration, identity and access management, virtualization, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and enterprise cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience administering enterprise AI technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise, and AI governance frameworks preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise cloud architecture, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, PowerShell, virtualization technologies, and enterprise systems administration.
• Experience administering Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise, and related AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity management, governance, compliance, and data privacy frameworks.
• Experience with automation, scripting, monitoring, and enterprise infrastructure management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical documentation, standards, procedures, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations related to cloud computing, enterprise systems, automation, cybersecurity, and AI.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, and business teams to implement secure and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Provide advanced technical support, leadership, and guidance for enterprise cloud, systems, and AI technologies.
