Job summary

The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A) is seeking a Data Analyst to partner with stakeholders to define data reporting requirements and build BI reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic goals.

You will design and maintain Power BI reports for Benefits, Operations, Marketing, and Finance, model data in Snowflake with SQL, validate logic, and communicate insights across the organization, including training and governance to uphold data standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of related professional experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced data visualization skills with Power BI.
• Strong SQL and data modeling ability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for Benefits, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
• Analyze and model raw data in Snowflake using SQL.
• Validate business logic and improve analytics objects through testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineers to translate requirements into reports.
