Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM), SAM, or EAM initiatives in large IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with asset management platforms (ServiceNow, Flexera, Ivanti, BMC).
• Strong knowledge of asset discovery, inventory reconciliation, lifecycle management, and licensing concepts.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements (NIST, ISO 27001, FISMA) and supporting risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of enterprise asset management programs across hardware, software, network, endpoint, and cloud assets.
• Oversee asset discovery, inventory reconciliation, lifecycle management, and classification.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to integrate asset data into vulnerability management and risk assessments.
• Manage ITAM, SAM, EAM, and CMDB processes and platforms.
• Establish asset management policies, governance, secure configuration standards, and compliance practices.
• Oversee software licensing, compliance monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Develop asset management dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics to identify trends and risks.
• Support audits and regulatory assessments integrating asset data into cybersecurity and risk management.
