True Zero Technologies LLC. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide IT asset programs across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will oversee discovery, inventory accuracy, lifecycle management, and governance aligned with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on CMDB experience with ServiceNow, Flexera, Ivanti, or BMC, plus expertise in software licensing, risk

Qualifications

Experience leading IT asset management programs in large organizations.
Hands-on CMDB platform expertise with popular tools.
Strong license management and compliance experience.
Familiarity with cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead development and governance of enterprise asset management programs across hardware, software, network, endpoint, and cloud assets.
Oversee asset discovery, inventory reconciliation, classification, and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to integrate asset management with vulnerability management and risk assessments.
Manage ITAM/SAM/EAM and CMDB platforms for optimization and cost control.
Establish and enforce asset management policies, baselines, and governance aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, and FISMA.
Support audits and regulatory assessments by providing asset data and reports.
