Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in software development or architecture.
• 5+ years leading architects or technical leaders.
• Experience across complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, integrations, and data architecture.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across business functions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise software architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Establish standards, patterns, and governance processes.
• Lead architectural reviews and technology decisions.
• Partner with business leaders on process improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI, and automation use cases.
• Guide vendor evaluations and proof-of-concept assessments.
• Lead and mentor a team of senior architects.
• Support solution design for ERP, integrations, cloud, and custom applications.
• Promote security, scalability, maintainability, and reusability.
• Balance governance with delivery speed and business needs.
