Job summary

Inceed is partnering with a client to hire an Enterprise Architecture Manager in Katy, TX. The role blends marketing technology strategy with broader enterprise innovation, shaping long‑term solutions to modernize systems and improve customer experiences.

You will collaborate with marketing leaders, translate business needs into tech strategies, and guide roadmaps. 8–10+ years in enterprise architecture with MarTech experience is required.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in enterprise architecture or related roles.
• Enterprise architect-level experience, not solely solution architecture.
• Proven experience partnering with marketing teams and MarTech platforms.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot, or Marketo.
• Experience with CRM, customer journey, personalization, and audience targeting.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Strong collaboration with business and technology teams.
• Experience creating roadmaps, recommendations, or PoCs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing leaders to evaluate and select technology solutions.
• Translate business needs into technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead enterprise-level innovation, governance, and PoC efforts.
• Assess emerging tools for business value.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Develop recommendations for customer acquisition and personalization capabilities.
• Support architecture planning across marketing and enterprise domains.
• Help define target-state architecture and long-term technology direction.
