Zusammenfassung

Ocean Spray is seeking a Sr. Manager of Enterprise Architecture to define the technology blueprint and strategy enabling ERP modernization and digital initiatives.

This hybrid role is based in Lakeville, MA with some remote days, leading architecture governance and coordinating with business and IT leadership. You will translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, drive integration patterns, and ensure security and infrastructure alignment across platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Experience defining enterprise architecture operating models with governance and decision rights.
• Strong capability-based architecture experience from business capabilities to technology enablement.
• Experience balancing enterprise standards with team autonomy in scaled Agile environments.
• Proven ability to assess architectural risk and trade-offs at executive level.
• Experience with ERP-like transformation programs and integration strategies.
• 10+ years in data and analytics tools and integration architecture.

Aufgaben

• Define technology blueprint and strategy for platforms aligned to business initiatives.
• Develop enterprise-wide reference architectures and roadmaps across ERP, integration, data, digital, and cloud.
• Translate business capability roadmaps into technology capability models and guardrails.
• Ensure alignment of enterprise architecture with security, data governance, and infrastructure.
• Lead architecture governance processes and architecture review boards.
• Collaborate with Product Partners & PMO to validate IT roadmaps and architectural needs.
