Job summary

AG Foundry - Recruiting & Staffing seeks a strategic technology leader to oversee Enterprise Architecture, governance, and business integration in a complex enterprise. This hands-on architect will drive tech strategy, partner with senior leadership, and lead cross-functional teams.

The role requires 8+ years of leadership in enterprise IT, strong cloud/ERP experience (AWS, Azure, Dynamics 365, Oracle EBS), and exceptional executive communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in enterprise IT organizations.
• Proven ability to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Hands-on with hybrid cloud environments (AWS primary, Azure secondary).
• Experience with ERP integrations (Dynamics 365, Oracle EBS).
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Architecture and set long-term technical direction and standards.
• Align technology strategy with business objectives and modernization efforts.
• Develop enterprise roadmaps, standards, and modernization plans.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to drive innovation and improvement.
• Drive governance practices and strategic planning initiatives.
• Lead business integration and relationship management across IT and business units.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to support future-state planning.
• Oversee enterprise-level technology initiatives and programs.
• Coordinate communication across IT, business, and vendors.
• Mentor and develop managers and cross-functional teams.
• Support budgeting, vendor management, and resource planning.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership on tech strategy.
