Job summary

Wealth & Investment Management seeks an Enterprise Architect to define architecture across front, middle, and back-office systems, with initial 90 days on site and then one day per week remote. Primary locations include Tampa and Plano, with on-site work as needed.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in architecture roles, CRD UMA knowledge, Azure data/integration experience, and leadership experience in large wealth management firms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution/technical/business architecture roles, with 7+ years leading teams
• 5+ years architecture experience in wealth/asset management
• Deep knowledge of CRD UMA portfolios and integration patterns

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce enterprise architecture principles and standards
• Lead platform and vendor selections for programs across the enterprise
• Ensure cloud/on‑prem architecture aligns with enterprise needs for Front, Middle, and Back offices
• Guide multi-year roadmaps for applications and support activities
• Survey technology landscape and advise leadership on optimal solutions
• Act as SME to Technology Business Services, Infrastructure, Security, and vendors
• Facilitate migration toward future state architecture during transformation
