Job summary

Wealth & Investment Management is seeking an Enterprise Architect (Charles River Development) to define enterprise architecture principles and lead platform selections across cloud and on‑premises. The role demands deep CRD/UMA experience and senior leadership in complex wealth management environments.

The candidate will drive multi‑year roadmaps, collaborate with executive teams, and oversee architecture for Front/M back office integrations while guiding adoption of best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in solution/technical/business architecture roles with 7+ years leading teams.
• 5+ years architecture experience in wealth/asset management.
• Strong knowledge of CRD in UMA portfolio structures.
• Experience with architecture across application, data, integration, security and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee adherence to enterprise architecture principles and standards.
• Lead selection of important platforms, products, and vendors for enterprise programs.
• Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise needs across cloud and on‑premises.
• Lead cross‑team evaluation of current technology and plan multi‑year roadmaps.
• Survey landscape and collaborate with leadership to implement suitable solutions.
• Serve as SME to Technology Business Services, Infrastructure and Operations, and vendors.
• Facilitate optimization of current state architecture during transformation to future state.
