Provide technical governance and program health mechanisms for high-priority initiatives.
Monitor milestones, dependencies, architectural decisions, and performance indicators; elevate risks to executives.
Offer independent technical analysis to support major technology decisions and investments.
Assist in resolving complex cross-functional issues across teams, domains, or platforms.
