Signature Performance is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to drive enterprise-wide architecture initiatives across healthcare, government-regulated cloud environments, and modernization programs. The role requires coordinating with executives and stakeholders to define standards, governance, and roadmaps that align with security, compliance, and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field as listed in the job requirements.
• Extensive IT/architecture leadership experience preferred (enterprise, solution, or technology strategy).
• Demonstrated experience working with executive leadership and regulatory stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, standards, and target-state architecture.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps supporting healthcare and government-regulated objectives.
• Lead cloud modernization, platform consolidation, and hybrid/multi-cloud initiatives.
• Architect FedRAMP moderate/high baselines and align with NIST/NIST CSF/FISMA requirements.
• Drive interoperability through HL7, FHIR, X12, and API-based health data exchanges.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to architecture teams and engage with cloud providers and government agencies.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or related discipline
