Lithia & Driveway is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define technology strategy, establish architectural standards, and guide the evolution of enterprise platforms. You will partner with business and technology leaders to design scalable, secure solutions, drive modernization, and evaluate emerging technologies, including cloud and AI.

This is a remote-optional role with travel up to 4 times per year, offering a strong compensation range and a comprehensive Total Rewards package

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale software solutions and distributed systems.
• 5+ years of experience leading architecture strategy across multiple teams.
• Expertise in cloud platforms, APIs, system integration, security, scalability and performance optimization.
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD, DevSecOps, data platforms, and modern enterprise technologies.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies and their practical applications in business solutions.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the enterprise technology strategy, architectural vision, and long-term roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across enterprise platforms, applications, and data ecosystems.
• Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and engineering best practices that promote consistency, quality, and innovation.
• Partner with executive, business, product, and engineering leaders to translate strategic objectives into technical solutions.
• Guide architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and investment decisions to ensure scalable and sustainable outcomes.
• Champion modernization initiatives, reducing technical debt while improving performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership on cloud, integration, security, data, and AI architecture strategies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, vendor solutions, and third-party platforms to support business growth and innovation.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to technology and business leaders, influencing enterprise-wide technology decisions.
