Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team in the United States. The role focuses on enterprise application architecture across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and ServiceNow, aligned to a cloud-first IT strategy.

You will define architecture standards and roadmaps, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure scalable, secure delivery through reusable patterns and governance. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 6 years of related enterprise architecture experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF or similar EA frameworks.
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Power Platform, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Design integration patterns using Microsoft Azure services (APIM, Logic Apps, etc.).
• Define reference architectures, reusable patterns and guardrails for secure, scalable delivery.
• Document and maintain standards and roadmaps in ServiceNow EA/APM or similar tools.
• Support architecture governance processes and review boards.
• Partner with delivery teams as a trusted architecture advisor on risks and dependencies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of EA practices and alignment with roadmaps.
• Perform other duties as required.
