Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team. You will design and govern enterprise application architecture aligned with our cloud-first strategy, working with Azure, M365, Power Platform, and ServiceNow APM.

You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define standards, roadmaps, and reusable patterns, guiding secure, scalable solutions across platforms.

Qualifications

• 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, M365, Power Platform, Copilot).
• Experience with ServiceNow APM/EA modules.
• Ability to translate business strategy into capability models and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Design integration patterns across enterprise systems using Microsoft Azure services such as API Management, Logic Apps, and related cloud capabilities.
• Define reference architectures, reusable solution patterns, and architecture guardrails that support secure, scalable, and standardized delivery.
• Document and maintain architecture standards, roadmaps, solution patterns, and related artifacts within ServiceNow EA/APM or similar tools.
• Support architecture governance processes, including architecture review boards, solution approvals, and adherence to enterprise standards.
• Partner with delivery teams and stakeholders as a trusted architecture advisor, helping identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges across platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise architecture practices, maturity, and alignment with target-state roadmaps.
• Perform other duties as required.
