Mobile Communications America, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Architect to design holistic, multi-technology solutions across LMR, private cellular networks, DAS, and physical security.

You will bridge complex customer requirements with scalable, vendor-agnostic architectures and act as the senior technical voice in enterprise sales cycles and planning. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in systems integration, solutions architecture, or network engineering.
• 5+ years in two or more domains: LMR, Private Cellular/4G/5G, or physical security.
• Experience presenting to enterprise customers at a director level or higher.
• Strong command of IP networking, SD-WAN, cloud integration.
• Proficiency with architecture diagramming tools (Visio or Lucidchart).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and documentation of multi-technology architectures spanning LMR, private cellular (CBRS, 4G/5G), DAS, IBW, and physical security systems.
• Develop BOMs, topology diagrams, and technical specifications for enterprise environments.
• Integrate LMR, cellular, and security platforms with ERP/SCADA/BMS and cloud infrastructure.
• Serve as the primary technical authority in enterprise sales pursuits, executive briefings, and customer workshops.
• Create and deliver architecture reviews, technical proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Support contract negotiations with technical scope definitions and risk analysis.
