Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the design of holistic technology solutions across LMR, cellular data infrastructure, and physical security for enterprise customers.

This senior role bridges complex business requirements with scalable architectures and represents the technical voice in enterprise sales, deployments, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise in mission-critical communications and security technologies,

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in systems integration, solutions architecture, or network engineering.
5+ years hands-on experience in two or more of: LMR, Private Cellular/Wireless, Physical Security.
Experience designing solutions for enterprise customers at director level or above.
Strong command of network architecture fundamentals (IP, SD-WAN, security, cloud).
Proficiency with architecture diagramming tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
Proven ability to manage multiple complex opportunities in pre-sales environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and documentation of comprehensive architectures spanning LMR, private wireless, and security domains for enterprise customers.
Develop BOMs, topology diagrams, and technical specs tailored to large environments.
Integrate LMR, cellular, and security platforms with ERP/SCADA/Cloud systems.
Serve as the primary technical authority in enterprise sales pursuits and executive briefings.
