Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture, infrastructure or systems engineering experience
• CISSP and ITIL certifications required
• Active Secret clearance required
• Experience as Enterprise/Solutions/Infrastructure Architect or senior technical lead
• Ability to translate business/mission/tech strategies into EA requirements and roadmaps
• Strong knowledge of compute, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud/hybrid, identity and security platforms
• Experience establishing architecture governance and design review processes
• Experience conducting impact assessments, technology evaluations and gap analyses
• Experience driving standardized architectures across geographically dispersed locations

Responsibilities

• Provides technical/management leadership for enterprise IT service portfolio and catalog management
• Directs architecture development aligned with DOS and Federal standards across global enterprise
• Translates strategy into support requirements including enterprise impact assessments
• Sets governance review processes and standards adoption across the organization
• Directs metrics to measure adoption and compliance for modernization goals
• Leads service portfolio strategy with alignment to agency modernization goals
• Oversees financial management, methods, and staffing for major assignments
