Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Proficient in Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming.
• Flowable BPMN or similar workflow engines; Camunda/Activiti a plus.
• Knowledge of banking/credit lifecycles and CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS, databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices.
• Implement event-driven solutions with Apache Kafka.
• Work on Flowable BPMN workflows and process automation.
• Contribute to banking/credit lifecycle modules (CRCLI).
• Collaborate with teams, perform code reviews, and ensure secure coding.
• Troubleshoot issues and support on-call rotations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and CI/CD pipelines.
