Responsibilities

Aligns enterprise technology strategy and roadmaps to business objectives and multi-year plans.
Defines enterprise blueprints and governance for architecture viewpoints.
Establishes architecture principles, standards and reference architectures.
Chairs governance to guide scope, risk and TCO decisions.
Measures value and reports outcomes, adoption and debt trends.
Advises executives on trends and build/buy/retire decisions.
Mentors architects and raises architecture maturity and tooling.
Drives alignment across transformation initiatives and programs.
Partners with product, engineering and platform leaders to embed practices.
