Job summary

Strategic ACI seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect to shape the architecture framework for a Digital Engineering Ecosystem supporting NGA. You will own MBSE standards, MBSE/MBEA alignment, and a model-driven enterprise across architecture, data, and BI layers.

You’ll lead high-impact, government-facing discussions, craft ADRs, and ensure open, vendor-neutral solutions while driving cyber and security considerations across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance, SCI eligibility and CI polygraph within 30 days.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of enterprise architecture or systems engineering experience.
• Hands-on expertise with UAF and SysML modeling using MBSE tools such as Cameo/Teamwork Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the architecture framework, MBSE standards, and lifecycle traceability for the Digital Engineering Ecosystem.
• Lead current-state capture and evaluation of the enterprise Digital Ecosystem using UAF/SysML models as baseline.
• Conduct tool trade studies and produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Establish Model Based Enterprise Architecture (MBEA) practices for capabilities, processes, systems, services, and data.
• Drive interoperability between MBSE and Modeling, Simulation & Analysis tools to link capabilities across the lifecycle.
• Author and evolve current-state models, capability maturity assessments, and architecture documentation.
• Partner with leadership, engineering, and data teams to govern models, data, and ontologies.
• Oversee governance activities including model integrity, data consistency, and security across domains.
