Job summary

Disney Experiences Technology seeks a Principal Enterprise Architect (Commerce) to lead strategic technology initiatives across Parks, Hotels, Retail, and Ticketing. You will influence executives and domain leaders, shaping roadmaps and investment choices while aligning architecture with business outcomes.

You will champion modernization, platform thinking, and governance, guiding teams through collaborative partnerships and clear storytelling for complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 10+ years as a Solution or Enterprise Architect for Commerce-related domains.
• Experience with architecture repositories and governance.
• Experience leading cross-domain architectural initiatives and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Influence enterprise strategy and map investments into capability roadmaps for Parks, Hotels, Retail, and Tickets.
• Partner with executives and domain leaders to align technology strategy with business goals.
• Lead modernization and platform thinking across Commerce locations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Security teams to co‑own outcomes.
