Job summary

EY is seeking a Commerce Technical Architect (Manager level) to lead end-to-end architecture across leading commerce platforms and composable ecosystems. You will work with business and technology stakeholders, translate complex concepts into scalable solutions, and guide multi‑platform integration and governance.

The role requires deep hands-on experience with at least one major commerce platform and the ability to drive architecture across ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, CMS, CDP, payment and tax systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 9+ years designing and delivering enterprise commerce solutions in consulting, digital agency or complex client environments.
• Experience as a Technical Architect or equivalent technology leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for enterprise commerce transformations across platforms.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating objectives into scalable solutions.
• Lead client workshops, architecture reviews and solutioning activities across pursuits and delivery programs.
• Guide platform selection, integration strategy, architecture governance, and technical decision-making.
• Support proposals, pursuits, RFP responses and executive presentations with solution vision and business value.
• Mentor technical teams and contribute to EY Studio+ Commerce architecture practice growth.
