Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team. You will design, govern, and improve the firm's enterprise application architecture, aligned with a Microsoft-centric, cloud-first IT strategy across Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and ServiceNow APM.

You will define reference architectures, roadmaps and reusable patterns, partner with delivery teams, and advise on risks and integration challenges to drive secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of TOGAF or similar EA frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Experience using ServiceNow APM / Enterprise Architecture modules.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.
• Ability to translate business strategy into architecture roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Design integration patterns across enterprise systems using Microsoft Azure services such as API Management and Logic Apps.
• Define reference architectures, reusable solution patterns, and architecture guardrails.
• Document and maintain architecture standards, roadmaps, solution patterns, and related artifacts in ServiceNow EA/APM.
• Support architecture governance processes, including architecture review boards and solution approvals.
• Partner with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and integration challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of enterprise architecture practices and maturity.
• Perform other duties as required.
