Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team. This role designs and governs the firm’s enterprise application architecture aligned with a Microsoft-centric, cloud-first IT strategy.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to connect business capabilities with scalable, secure technology, covering Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot and ServiceNow APM. Travel is minimal and roles include governance and pattern development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related experience in enterprise/technology architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-first strategies.
• Experience with ServiceNow EA/APM or similar governance tools.
• Ability to translate business strategy into capability models and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, data, and technology domains.
• Define reference architectures and reusable solution patterns.
• Govern architecture standards and roadmaps; ensure alignment with IT strategy.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Support architecture governance processes and solution approvals.
