Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Business Technology team in Michigan. You will design, govern, and continuously improve the firm’s enterprise application architecture aligned with a Microsoft-centric, cloud-first IT strategy.

You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to support enterprise architecture across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot and ServiceNow APM/EA, defining reference architectures, roadmaps and

Qualifications

6 years of related experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure IaaS/PaaS, Microsoft 365, Power Platform).
TOGAF or similar framework experience.
Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.
Ability to translate business strategy into capability models and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Develop enterprise architecture blueprints across business, application, data and technology domains.
Design integration patterns using Azure services and API Management.
Define reference architectures and reusable solution patterns with guardrails.
Document and maintain architecture standards and roadmaps in appropriate tools.
Support architecture governance processes and solution approvals.
Partner with delivery teams as an architecture advisor to identify risks and dependencies.
Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture practices and maturity.
Perform other duties as required.
