Job summary

7 Brew Coffee seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to define long-term technical direction, governance and roadmaps across cloud platforms, data, integrations, and security. You will partner with technology leaders, engineers, security teams, and vendors to translate business priorities into scalable architecture and practical implementations.

As the top-level individual contributor in Technology, you will guide complex systems beyond diagrams, driving decisions that balance speed,

Qualifications

• Experience creating enterprise or solution architecture in a fast-growing org.
• Ability to move between executive strategy and detailed design.
• Ability to explain trade-offs, risk, cost and value to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience across cloud, integrations, data, infra, identity, and security domains.
• Track record influencing teams and vendors without formal authority.
• Strong communication, facilitation and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define current-, transition-, and future-state architecture across applications, integrations, data, cloud platforms, infra & security.
• Translate business strategy into multi-year roadmaps and modernization initiatives.
• Lead architecture for high-impact initiatives ensuring scalability, resilience and maintainability.
• Guide API-led, event-driven, batch and middleware integration patterns across systems.
• Strengthen data movement, quality, lineage, governance across GCP and downstream tools.
• Evaluate platforms and vendors with structured trade-offs and PoCs.
• Coach engineers and solution owners; facilitate architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with executives, engineers, security & vendors to turn strategy into implementation.
