Diné Development Corporation (DDC) seeks a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise architecture across cloud, cybersecurity, networks, applications, and data. You will drive architecture standards, document baselines, and coordinate modernization efforts with client leadership.

Responsibilities include guiding design across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring secure, scalable systems and RMF compliance while aligning with IT portfolio management and investment data.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of enterprise and solution architecture principles.
• Strong understanding of federal and DoD enterprise environments.
• Experience designing and governing secure cloud and hybrid-cloud solutions, preferably within AWS GovCloud or Cloud One.
• Proven expertise implementing AWS cloud services, virtualization, compute, storage, databases, networking, IAM, containers, Infrastructure as Code, and DevSecOps.
• Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework, vulnerability management, SIEM, and continuous monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Leads in setting architecture standards across all functional and technical support teams.
• Develops and maintains architecture diagrams for each client location and cloud systems.
• Oversees IT systems engineering to design, build, and test IT solutions across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Provides architecture direction for applications hosted in CloudOne (AWS GovCloud) at Impact Levels 4–6, including Zero Trust and DevSecOps practices.
• Partners with Cybersecurity teams to build RMF, STIG/SRG, and Secure Host Baseline requirements into designs and changes.
• Advices on modernization plans and sequencing across on‑premises and cloud environments.
