Job summary

RICEFW Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Architect to lead IT strategy and modernization efforts.

You will collaborate with business strategists and IT teams to develop technology standards, guide architecture for new projects, and drive AI, RPA, and cloud initiatives across multiple business units. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to executives.

Qualifications

• Experience developing strategic technology plans and roadmaps.
• Experience in leading AI implementations including Generative AI, RPA and Virtual Assistants.
• Ability to create technology standards and guidelines for project design and implementation.
• Experience in enterprise architecture governance for cloud modernization.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills with business and technical groups.
• Ability to present both business and technical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and drive IT strategic planning with senior leadership and SMEs.
• Create IT strategy and technology standards across IT teams.
• Provide architectural input for project implementations and modernization efforts.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives using emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with business units to align strategy with enterprise goals.
• Prepare models and documentation using ABACUS/EA tools.
