Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in applicable area or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise architectures within healthcare (payer/provider).

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture strategy aligned to business outcomes.
• Lead AI‑first architecture for clinical and consumer experiences.
• Design integration architectures using FHIR/HL7 across EHR ecosystems and partners.
• Establish and govern reference architecture and standards across delivery teams.
• Partner with product/engineering to evaluate options and drive TCO/ROI.
• Guide event‑driven microservices and secure data acquisition.
• Influence Agile/DevOps/CI/CD practices to improve reliability.
• Communicate complex concepts to executives and stakeholders.
• Lead architecture governance boards and review processes.
