Job summary

Storage Asset Management is seeking an experienced Application Developer to design, build, and support enterprise applications and automation solutions that streamline business operations. You will translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions, focusing on integration, data-driven decisions, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 5–8+ years of experience in application development, systems integration, or software engineering roles
• Strong experience developing applications using C#, .NET framework, and Visual Studio
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data analysis
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing REST and/or SOAP API integrations
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including version control, testing, and deployment processes
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Experience developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, or data visualizations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)
• Proficiency with source control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving application, integration, and data-related issues in production environments
• Strong documentation skills, including creating technical specifications, system diagrams, and process documentation
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience with NetSuite customization tools (e.g., SuiteScript, SuiteTalk), preferred
• Familiarity with middleware/integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar), preferred
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar), preferred
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, preferred
• Prior experience mentoring developers or leading technical projects, preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications and automation solutions to support business operations
• Analyze and translate complex business requirements and processes into scalable technical solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations using technologies such as C#, .NET, APIs (REST/SOAP), and SQL
• Work with relational databases and data models, including writing and optimizing SQL queries, procedures, and data transformations
• Design and support data structures, reporting models, and datasets to enable accurate and actionable business insights
• Build and maintain workflows and business applications using platforms such as SharePoint, PowerApps, or similar tools
• Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices, including version control, testing, deployment, and documentation
• Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity across systems
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and data-related issues, providing timely support to business users
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT, and vendors, to deliver high-quality solutions
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, including system designs, workflows, and user guides
