Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise application initiatives and drive successful delivery across the full project lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep SDLC knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication to translate business requirements into technical plans and deliver measurable results in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a IT/Business/Engineering field required.
• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• 5+ years using Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar PM tools.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and change management.
• Experience managing enterprise applications such as Workday, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple enterprise application and IT projects from planning through deployment.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate testing, issue resolution, change management, and go-live activities.
• Provide project status updates and executive-level reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and application adoption.
