Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a senior software engineer to design, develop, test, deploy, and support a new Card Management Platform. You will build object-oriented services in C# and/or Python, and front-end interfaces using React, with REST APIs and AWS components.

You will mentor juniors, collaborate across teams, and ensure production readiness while supporting ERP and data migrations. Hybrid work, travel up to 5%, and a strong benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, React or similar front-end, relational databases, ETL/migration utilities, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support secure, scalable enterprise solutions built around the Card Management Platform.
• Develop SQL scripts, ETL processes, and data migrations; validate data mappings and reconciliations.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, documentation, and production readiness activities.
