Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years of work in enterprise applications, including two years in supervisory roles.
• Experience with enterprise applications, IT governance, and budget management.
• Industry standard certification such as DevOps, Security+, or ITIL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff and projects within the assigned Applications area.
• Design, plan, and manage projects to meet requirements and disaster recovery objectives.
• Coordinate with vendors and other divisions to align technology with strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and city policies.
• Maintain documentation and standards for applications and processes.
