Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Solution Architect to lead customer engagements for Siemens Professional Services, translating business needs into secure, scalable architectures. The role spans ICX, SLC, Mendix, and other offerings, guiding end-to-end design and governance across teams and systems.

The candidate will drive architecture decisions, ensure non-functional requirements, and collaborate with customers to deliver reusable patterns and sustainable solutions aligned with Siemens standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary implementation teams.
• Ability to translate business processes into architecture designs.
• Strong workshop facilitation and executive-level communication.
• Governing technical scope, design decisions, risks, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to understand customer processes, outcomes, users, data, systems, constraints, and success measures.
• Define end-to-end architecture across applications, data, integrations, AI, workflow, identity, security, and operations.
• Coordinate technical activities across build, data migration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Mentor consultants and technical leads in architecture methods, design quality, and documentation.
