Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise AI Security Architect to join the CTO office in a remote role across the United States ( Hawaii and Alaska excluded). The role focuses on defining and realizing the enterprise technology vision with emphasis on secure AI, cloud-native architectures, and data protection.

You will collaborate with Security, EA, and Engineering teams to translate policies into reference architectures, guardrails, and scalable security patterns, guiding AI risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technology field.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity, architecture, or related tech leadership.
• Ability to translate security risks into executive recommendations.
• Experience designing AI security for cloud-native or ML environments.
• Experience securing on-prem or hybrid AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and related tech across cloud, data, identity, and integrations.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, engineering, and business leaders to embed security into strategies.
• Review designs, identify risks, and provide practical risk-based recommendations.
• Define security architecture for cloud-native, AI, ML, data, identity, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for enterprise-wide delivery.
• Advise senior leaders on security architecture decisions with clear business impact.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including generative AI and advise adoption approaches.
• Influence architecture governance, exception management, and technology investments.
• Mentor architects and strengthen enterprise security architecture practices.
