Job summary

Boeing is seeking an Enterprise Architect (IT) for Corporate Aerospace to define and govern the enterprise IT landscape. The role links business strategy with technology, driving multi-year roadmaps, technical standards, and governance for AI, data, and security across corporate IT functions.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, stakeholder communication, and ensuring on-schedule delivery of architecture deliverables. Attractive total rewards, health and retirement programs available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Enterprise/Solution/AI Architecture or IT leadership.
• 5+ years in AI governance, risk management, algorithmic auditing, or data science compliance.
• Experience developing enterprise AI strategies, roadmaps, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Strong Generative AI, ML, Responsible AI, and AI governance knowledge.
• Experience with NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, and OWASP Top 10.
• Proven ability to conduct AI threat/risk assessments and make risk-based go/no-go decisions.
• Strong AWS and/or Azure architecture experience, including AI/ML services.
• Secure architecture knowledge across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise ecosystems and ERP, PLM, MES, or cybersecurity platforms.
• Ability to assess model training data, explainability, automated decision paths, security, scalability, compliance, and cost.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, and DevSecOps

Responsibilities

• Identify risk, cost, schedule, and support constraints and inform stakeholders of options.
• Provide guidance on DevOps and DevSecOps practices for new and existing technologies.
• Communicate with stakeholders including owners, leadership, partners and vendors.
• Ensure architecture deliverables stay on schedule and complete.
• Maintain broad knowledge of business systems and technology.
• Map technical processes to business processes.
