Qualifications

• Experience communicating complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to create knowledge articles, FAQs, and guides for end users.
• Experience with change management and training facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support and incident management for Enterprise AI tools.
• Maintain governance, data protection, and compliance for AI usage.
• Develop use-case guides and run office hours and trainings.
• Coordinate licensing, onboarding and entitlement checks for AI tools.
• Track adoption metrics and report on improvements.
